Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Minimum Age: the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Minors can only stay if accompanied by a responsible adult present for the entire duration of the stay.

Guests: maximum 4 guests, with the possibility of 1 additional child under 5 years old.

No additional guests are allowed without prior authorization.

Smoking: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation, a 200€ penalty may be applied for professional deep cleaning and room deodorization.

Parties and Events: parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed; we ask for maximum respect for the building and the neighbors.

Quiet Hours: please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, avoiding loud noises and loud music.

Pets: pets are not allowed. Cleaning: please leave the kitchen, dishes, and waste in decent condition; any extra cleaning costs or damages may be charged.

Security: please close doors and windows when leaving the apartment and use furniture and appliances with care.

Electricity and Utilities: always turn off all electrical utilities (lights, air conditioning, appliances, etc.) before leaving the apartment.
