Cancellation Policy – Direct Bookings Attico 41
1. Cancellation Procedure
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via e-mail to the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. The reference date/time is the moment the communication is received by the Property.
2. Free Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
For cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 100% refund of the amounts paid is provided (any bank or transaction fees remain the responsibility of the guest).
3. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before arrival
For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained; any remaining balance already paid will be refunded to the guest.
4. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival and No-Shows
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained, with no possibility of a refund.
5. Early Departure
In case of early departure compared to the booked dates, no refunds are provided for unused nights, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Property.
6. Booking Modifications (Dates and Duration of Stay)
Any requests to change the dates or duration of the stay are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.
If the modification involves a reduction in the duration of the stay or the cancellation of nights already booked, the same conditions stated above for cancellations will apply, based on the number of days' notice relative to the original arrival date.
7. Extraordinary Events and Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances that make the stay impossible (e.g., mandatory closure of the Property or legal restrictions preventing travel to Bassano del Grappa), the Property may, depending on the specific case, offer a full refund of the amounts paid or issue a voucher/credit for a future stay, in agreement with the guest.
